You will not be charged until time of service. NO CARD PROVIDED = NO CONFIRMATION OF APPOINTMENT LATE POLICY: I give all my clients a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes, your appointment will automatically be cancelled and a 50% charge of your total service will be charged. Communicate with me if you’re going to be late please 🙏🏻 CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW POLICY: If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, as I understand things do happen, please cancel with 24 hours of scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of total service. NO-SHOWS will be charged 75% of total service. Cancellation Policy
While I understand things do happen, and cancellations may occur.. All I ask is for 24HR notice prior to cancellation, failure to notify within the 24HR time frame, will result in a charge that includes 50% of total service cost. Thank you for understanding 🙏🏻
